Edit and publish your website

Change text and photos, preview your changes, publish them, and go back to an earlier version.

Updated October 30, 2026

Open the editor

Open Website and select Edit website. Changes you make in the editor are saved as a draft; visitors keep seeing the published website until you publish again.

Change text, photos and settings

  • Select a section on the page to edit its text, photos and links.
  • Use the Site menu for things that apply to every page, such as your logo, languages and badges & awards, and the Design menu for colours and fonts.
  • Use photos you own or have permission to use. Large, well-lit photos look best; avoid text close to their edges because layouts may crop them on small screens.

English and French

Webisia keeps an English and a French version of your website. Fill in both before publishing French, then choose Publish French in the editor. Until then, visitors only see English.

Preview and publish

Preview the website on a computer and a phone before publishing. Check links, phone numbers, email addresses and forms. When everything looks right, select Publish changes.

Go back to an earlier version

Every publish is saved in the website’s history. In the editor, open the history, choose a version and select Restore for the whole website or a single page. A restored version is a draft until you publish it.

Take the website offline

To hide the website from visitors, choose Unpublish in the editor. Your content is kept, and you can publish it again at any time.
