Email support@webisia.com with a specific subject, such as Contact form not sending on the About page.
Include
- Your name, organization and account email.
- Your website address.
- The page, section, article or domain involved.
- What you expected and what happened.
- The approximate time, including time zone.
- The steps to reproduce it, and your browser and device.
- A screenshot, with any personal information hidden.
Changes made for you
On plans where our team makes changes for you, describe the change, the page it is on, and attach the new text or photos. We confirm when it is done.
Do not send sensitive information
Never email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, complete payment details, identity documents or other people’s personal information.
For domain problems, tell us where your domain is managed, but do not send your registrar password. For Facebook or Instagram restrictions, the Page owner or Meta support may need to take action.
